L’Harmony Kitchen
Cooking is my passion, and I try to turn every dish into a healthier version. My recipes will show you that healthy food can be delicious and that a kitchen can be full of variety.
Wholegrain instead of white, ricotta instead of mascarpone, sweetener instead of sugar — these are examples of possibilities, not rules. Wholegrain foods have their benefits, but white flour, sugar or mascarpone do not have to be banned from your diet either.
There is no good or bad food — there are only choices. Even white flour, sugar or something that seems “bad” at first glance can have its place in your diet, as long as we know how to choose it well.
