Terms & Conditions
These terms govern ordering and providing L’Harmony services — personal consultations, programmes, Nutrition Education and the Meal Planner.
1. Orders and contract
The contract is concluded when a service or programme is confirmed (via the website, by e-mail or after the introductory call) and paid.
Before any service starts, the client confirms the informed consent. Without it, no service is provided.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and final — the provider is not VAT registered.
Payment is possible by card via a secure payment gateway or by bank transfer according to the invoice. Packages and programmes are paid once, in advance.
An invoice is issued for every payment.
3. Delivery of services
Personal consultations and sessions take place at the agreed time, in person or online.
Online content (Nutrition Education) is made available after payment. The Meal Planner is available after completing Nutrition Education and is created from the client’s individual details.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
An appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Later cancellation or no-show may forfeit the session.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, except as stated below.
If the client asks to end a programme that has already started, they pay a proportional part for the period and services already provided. The remaining, not yet provided part is settled.
Once an agreed consultation has taken place or a tailored meal plan has been delivered, there is no right to a refund, as the service has been fully provided.
For digital content made available with the client’s consent and for meal plans created to the client’s personal details, the right of withdrawal ends once the content is made available or the plan is created.
6. Nature of the services
L’Harmony services focus on nutrition guidance, healthy lifestyle and fitness movement. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. For health concerns, please consult a doctor.
7. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Consumers may also contact the Slovak Trade Inspection or use alternative dispute resolution.
