2. What data I process
Name, e-mail and phone, appointment times, billing details and information needed to prepare services (e.g. goals, eating habits, allergies and intolerances) that you share voluntarily.
3. Why I process it
To provide the service you ordered and communicate with you, to issue invoices as required by law and — only with your consent — to send news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the e-mail.
4. Who receives it
I never sell data. I only use trusted providers needed to run the services (hosting and database, payment gateway, e-mail delivery), processing it on my behalf.
5. How long I keep it
For the duration of our collaboration and afterwards only as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting records for 10 years). Other data is deleted on request.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to info@lharmony.fit. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
