Let’s talk about your goals
What are proteins?
The building blocks of your body — and a great ally for feeling full.

Why we need protein
Proteins are made of amino acids. Your body uses them to build and repair muscles, skin, hair, enzymes and hormones, and to support your immune system.
Protein and weight management
Protein keeps you full for longer and helps preserve muscle when you lose weight. Including a source of protein in every meal makes eating balanced much easier.
Where to find it
Animal sources: eggs, fish, poultry, meat, Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese and quark. Plant sources: lentils, beans, chickpeas, tofu, tempeh, nuts and seeds.
How much?
The right amount depends on your weight, activity and goals. In my plans, protein is calculated individually for each client.
